Complete Fitness: CrossFit & Hyrox
CrossFit follows Coach Glassman’s time-tested methodology — constantly varied, high-intensity movements that combine strength, skill, and endurance into every session. It’s the most well-rounded fitness program on the planet.
Hyrox takes the endurance side of CrossFit and simplifies it into a straightforward, endurance-heavy format. Both programs run side-by-side in every large group session, so you choose your approach for the day. Every movement scales to your skill level, and you’ll be coached into the flow and protocol as you get comfortable.
- Format
- 60-minute sessions, level-adjusted per client per day to monitor progression and drive improvement or recovery as needed
- Result
- Well-rounded fitness — strength, skill, and endurance — with the freedom to train your way, every day.
Boxing Fitness
Boxing here isn’t just cardio and combos — it’s disciplined, technical training built for every age and every goal, from first-time youth boxers to adults sharpening their skills in the ring.
Youth and adult classes build the fundamentals — footwork, form, and conditioning — before progressing into contact skills. Adults cap the week with live sparring on Fridays, and those ready to compete can grow into our Fighter’s Club.
- Format
- 60-minute sessions, level-adjusted per client per day to monitor progression and drive improvement or recovery as needed
- Result
- Sharper technique, real conditioning, and the confidence that comes from training in the ring.
Fighter’s Club
For boxers ready to step through the ropes — competition-focused training for athletes who want to test their skills.
Fighter’s Club builds on Boxing Fitness with higher-volume technical work, structured sparring, and fight-specific conditioning. Coaches map out each athlete’s path toward competition, from first bout preparation to fight-week readiness. Athletes typically move up once their fundamentals and sparring are solid.
- Format
- 60-minute sessions, level-adjusted per client per day to monitor progression and drive improvement or recovery as needed
- Result
- Ring-ready skills, fight conditioning, and a team behind you on fight night.
General Health & Strength
Build real, lasting strength through the 5 primary barbell lifts: squat, bench, press, deadlift, and clean.
Each session covers 3 of the 5 lifts, paired with mobility work and injury-prevention accessories, then finishes with your choice of a light cool-down walk or short workout. Coaching is tailored to your skill level — everyone starts with the fundamentals. Whether your goal is quality of life or maximum strength potential, we’ll build the right path for you. One thing’s guaranteed: you will get stronger.
- Format
- 60-minute sessions, level-adjusted per client per day to monitor progression and drive improvement or recovery as needed
- Result
- Increased strength, lean mass, and the confidence to be better than yesterday.
Athlete Development
Built for athletes of every sport, this program develops the base strength, power, and agility that translate directly to performance in your sport.
We train on the two-factor model: strength and physical capacity are built here, through heavy compound lifts, while sport-specific skill and technique stay with your coaches and practice. Separating the two keeps each one sharp — a stronger foundation raises your ceiling, and dedicated practice hones the execution.
- Format
- 60-minute sessions, level-adjusted per client per day to monitor progression and drive improvement or recovery as needed
- Result
- A stronger, more powerful athlete — built here, sharpened on the field, court, or mat.
Semi-Private Training
Personal-training attention in a small group — up to 4 athletes sharing one coach.
Each athlete follows their own program inside a small, focused group, so the coach can correct form, adjust loads, and push progress in real time. Great for partners, friends, or anyone who wants more coaching than a large class.
- Format
- Up to 4 athletes per coach, individual programming within each session
- Result
- Individualized progress with the energy of training alongside others.
Personal Training
Fully individualized 1-on-1 coaching built around your goals, history, and schedule.
Your coach designs every session around you — strength, body composition, sport performance, or returning from time away. Progress is tracked session to session and the plan adapts as you do.
- Format
- 1-on-1 sessions
- Result
- The fastest, most direct path to your goal, with a coach fully in your corner.
Remote Coaching
FUTURE programming and coaching, wherever you train.
Your coach builds your program and checks in weekly to review training, adjust the plan, and keep you accountable. Ideal for travel-heavy schedules, home gyms, or members who want FUTURE coaching between campus visits.

- Individual program with weekly coach check-ins
- Result
- Structure and accountability from a FUTURE coach, anywhere.
