Boxing 101

Boxing 101 is our foundational program designed for absolute beginners or anyone feeling unsure about jumping into a group boxing class. In this four-session series, you’ll work in a private or semi-private setting (max 6 participants) with one of our expert coaches to learn the essential skills of the sport—without the pressure of a large class. You’ll cover stance, footwork, punching technique, basic defense, and proper heavy bag mechanics. Plus, you’ll get hands-on mitt work to build coordination and confidence. Perfect for anyone who wants to learn the right way, right from the start. Classes are scheduled on an as-needed basis.

FUTURE Female Boxing

Led by a female coach, FUTURE Female Boxing is an all-female class designed to be empowering, inclusive, and energizing. Boomer Boxing

Boomer Boxing is built exclusively for adults ages 60+ who want to stay sharp, strong, and energized. This 60-minute class is thoughtfully designed to improve balance, coordination, reaction time, and cardiovascular health—all while learning real boxing skills in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.
